Googitec provides custom IT infrastructure, software development, mobile application engineering, cybersecurity assessments, cloud solutions, UI/UX design, and digital strategic consulting services. Specific deliverables, project scopes, timelines, and payment structures for client projects will be governed by individual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Statements of Work (SOW), or contracts executed between Googitec and the client.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Googitec Assets: All content, designs, source code, logos, icons, graphics, and visual elements displayed on this website are the exclusive property of Googi Technologies and are protected under international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • Client Deliverables: Ownership rights to custom software, graphics, or applications developed by Googitec for clients are transferred to the client upon full payment of all agreed fees, subject to any open-source components or third-party proprietary frameworks utilized during development.

4. Permitted Use & License

Permission is granted to temporarily access and view the materials (information or software) on Googitec's website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

  • Modify, copy, or redistribute website materials without written consent.

  • Use the materials for any commercial purpose or public display.

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract source code from any software contained on the website.

  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials.

  • Quotes & Invoices: Pricing for services rendered will follow the payment schedules outlined in your respective project invoice or contract.

  • Recurring Plans: For managed service subscriptions (such as monthly IT support or cloud maintenance), payments must be rendered on or before the designated billing date.

  • Late Payments: We reserve the right to suspend active services, domain hosting, or support tickets in the event of unpaid invoices following appropriate notice.

7. Third-Party Links & Integration Services

Our website or custom solutions may contain links to third-party tools, payment gateways (e.g., M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Visa/Mastercard), or cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., AWS, Azure). Googitec is not responsible for the availability, content, or security policies of these external services. Your interactions with third-party tools are governed by their respective terms and policies.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Googi Technologies, its directors, employees, or partners be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website or software solutions, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The materials and services on Googitec's website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
